Jaci's Tree Lodge comprises of eight tree houses that stand on wooden stilts and are uniquely connected to one another by means of wooden walkways affording them glorious views of the Groot Marico River.

Guests sleep in luxurious king size beds, have the choice of either a stone bath or an outside shower and each room is equipped with air conditioning, fans and heaters for maximum comfort. The myriad of bird life in the tree canopy can be observed at first hand from the large balcony attached to each room. Guests can cool off in the lovely swimming pool and relax on deckside loungers at this lodge.

Brunch and high teas are served in the main dining area whilst dinners are usually enjoyed under the stars around a glowing fire.

Jaci's Safari Lodge offers eight luxurious rooms which lie along the banks of the Marico River. Under thatched roofs and built out of stone with canvas panels that can be rolled up, these rooms are designed to enable guests to really experience the african bush whilst still catering to every comfort.

Each room is equipped with a huge mosaic bath big enough for two, an outdoor shower and a private deck. Under floor heating keep the rooms cozy during the winter months and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans keep guests cool during summer. These rooms are double but additional stretchers can be requested to cater for families.

Brunch and high teas are served in the main lounge that offers a splendid view of a the bushveld across a small stream. A quaint loft bar provides much needed refreshments after an exciting game drive and the main lounge has, in addition to a big fireplace, a circular fire pit for those chilly winter evenings.

Guests staying at the luxurious Safari Lodge have the choice of two swimming pools. A plunge pool close to the main lodge enables one to cool off after a safari drive and a larger pool surrounded by lush and exotic greenery is ideal for rest and relaxation.

The Safari Suite is a family suite that can accommodate four adults and four children that has a private splash pool surrounded by a lovely wooden deck where guests can relax on loungers or if they prefer, in their own private lounge. They can also choose whether to have their evening meal with the other guests at the lodge or to dine in the privacy of their suite. A private guide and game viewing vehicle complete an authentic african safari family experience.

The Nare Suite is set in a unique spot with a wonderful deckside view of a waterhole and can accommodate up to six guests.

In addition to the outside shower, this suite has an open plan bathroom equipped with a unique hand carved rock bath. Children will delight in the upstairs loft with its own private toilet. Guests can relax in the suite;s private lounge and enjoy sumptious meals presonally prepared by our chefs in the suite's well equipped kitchen should they wish.

Jaci's Lodges welcome children of all ages and are happy to specifically cater to them. A special “jungle drive“ is offered for children up to the age of 4 which is an educational and informative drive designed specifically.

Family safaris are available at the Jaci's Safari Lodge where children between the ages of 5 and 12 can accompany their parents and share in the wonders of the African safari.

A games room will keep children entertained for hours and they can also spend many a happy time splashing in the sparkling swimming pools. Jaci's chefs prepare childrens menus with all-time favourites such as spaghetti bolognaise, hot dogs, home made burgers in addition to nutritious and tasty vegetables and can cater to the individual child's needs.Children that are under 12 are not allowed in the Boma for evening meals but can enjoy an earlier evening meal in the dining room. Baby sitting services are available during game drives as well as during the evening meal when parents can enjoy an adult meal in the Boma.
